Strawberry Limeade Slush

If you don't have a Sonic Drive In in your neighborhood, I'm so sorry.  They have about a million drink combinations.  And it is THE place to go between 2 and 4 pm everyday.  Its called Happy Hour, people!  My favorite Sonic drink is the Strawberry Limeade.  I've made a variation of it below, and slushed it up a bit.  Make this and go sit by the pool, you deserve it!

Strawberry Limeade Slush

1 lb bag frozen strawberries, half thawed
1 1/2 to 2 cups cold water
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice (you can squeeze this fresh, I happen to use bottled key lime juice)


Add half thawed strawberries and water to blender.  Blend until almost smooth, or to the consistency you like.  Add sugar and lime juice, blend briefly again to combine.  Pour into fun drink glasses.  Relax by nearest pool.
