Pretty much any time we get pizza I default to a standard pepperoni and cheese. This pizza helps get me out of my rut of pepperoni while being delicious and easy. My friend Hayley once again supplied the recipe (isn't it great to have a taste-tester??) and with a pre-made crust and cooked chicken it really can be ready in about 15 minutes. The best part is you really can customize anything to taste, so it should satisfy even the pickiest of easters (and I consider myself in that category....).
Spinach, Chicken, and Double Cheese Pizza
1 Package ready to serve original Italin Pizza Crust or 12 inch ready to serve crust
1 c. shredded Havarti Cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. washed fresh baby spinach leaves
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1/4 c. chopped & drained roasted red bell peppers (from a jar)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place the pizza crust on an ungreased pizza pan. Top with the cheeses, spinach, chicken, bell peppers, chicken, and garlic salt. Bake 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
