This blog is a culmination of two forever-bakers who have spent countless hours reading about, thinking about, and dreaming about baking delicious treats in our spare time. After taking a few cake decorating classes, our interest has soared to no end. While living and working in the same city has been a sweet treat in itself, a move across the state has spawned the desire to keep in touch by taking our love of baking and everything kitchen to the next level. So wipe your feet on the mat and stay awhile!

Baked Sunday Mornings: Tomato Soup Cupcakes

I didn't really know what to expect from these.  Even after I mix the batter and took a lick (don't judge me), I still didn't know!  But after these were baked and piled high with that mascarpone frosting (to die for), it became clear that these were delicious.  They have a bit of a spice cake feel to them, and I'm definitely ok with that.  These were really simple to mix up.  I can imagine them fitting right in at a Thanksgiving table, loved them!

Head on over to the Baked blog to see the other member's cupcakes!
