Wednesday Wishes: Cake Stands

It seems like with the spring fast approaching there have been lots of showers (baby, bridal, etc) popping up. These cake stands are super cute and would help put the finishing touches on any shower you're throwing, or to make you feel extra fancy as you eat cake in your pajamas at home...I hope other people do that as well. Just in case you are the hostess of one of the aforementioned showers, a couple of websites that I like to peruse through for shower ideas are the Hostess with the Mostess blog and Amy Atlas' blog (she designs the most GORGEOUS dessert tables).

I'm going to be real real honest here. I would never have thought that Sears would sell something like this! They are super adorable and would just be sweet as pie for any baby or bridal shower. Plus, there are three so there would have to be multiple cakes, more cake the merrier.

These are just so dainty and sweet I want to buy them as decorations for our house. As a sidenote, this was the first time I had ever stumbled upon laylagrace.com and I have to say there is some seriously adorable things on there. They have everything from kitchen, to crib bumpers, to purses! You should really go take a look if you ever have a day where you just have that need to spend.
