Today we're cooking up Coffee Ice Cream over at Baked Sunday Mornings. Ok, this was good. And I mean really good. The ingredient list and recipe were simple. The hardest part was waiting for the ice cream to freeze up. I think you could easily omit the instant espresso and use the other ingredients as a base for any ice cream. This one is a keeper!

Ooh! This looks delicious! I missed the challenge with Hurricane Irene here, but looking at your ice cream, I wish I hadn't made excuses. I'd like a big bowl of this right now!
